Kelly Robertson

President

Kelly is a seasoned professional serving as the Director of Information Technology at CNH Industrial. With over 24 years of combined experience in Manufacturing and Information Technology, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Women in Technology.

At CNH Industrial, Kelly holds a pivotal position overseeing all Information Technology functions. Her responsibilities encompass the strategic management of IT assets, resources, and budget, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with organizational goals.

Amy Lamp

Secretary

Amy is a Sr. Program Manager with OptimizeRx, a national health technology company, where she helps life science brands directly engage with healthcare providers. Previously, Amy worked in the advertising and marketing sector as a client and project manager. 

She joined the WIT board in 2026 and is passionate about helping to create a space where women and minorities in tech can share ideas, brainstorm and network, both in the current generation and the next.

Jill Coffer

Social & Comms Chair

Jill Coffer, VP of People Management and Communications at EIS Group, a leading SaaS insurance platform, joins us with 10+ years working in the technology space with a focus on people, product and technology, organizational strategy, professional services and financials. 

Jill has a passion for technology and innovation coupled with a strong passion for growth opportunities and the success of women in these tech roles, making her a great fit for SGF Women in Tech.

Lauren Looker

Vice President

Lauren is a Senior Manager within the Technology Advisory practice of Aprio, LLP. With almost 10 years of experience in digital transformation and accounting, Lauren helps organizations modernize their operations and unlock enterprise value through technology.

Lauren began her career in public accounting before transitioning to advisory, where she specializes in ERP strategy, selection, and implementation. She leads complex digital transformation projects and helps guide clients through ERP evaluations, building technology blueprints, and implementation readiness. With a strong understanding of finance operations and technology, she advises clients across a variety of industries.

Lauren is excited to join the WIT board in 2026 and contribute to empowering and elevating women across our local tech community. She hopes that she can help drive meaningful impact and create career opportunities that strengthen our community as whole in the future.

Jessica Spencer

Partnership & Outreach Chair

Jessica works as Director of UX and Product at Bass Pro Shops and has been a part of WIT since joining the board in 2021. Jessica is also active in the local creative community as a founding board member of Springfield Creatives.

Her goal is to help young professionals, especially women, gain confidence and leadership skills early on to help launch their careers in tech and creative fields.

Tabitha Anderson

Treasurer

Tabitha is a dedicated project manager specializing in ERP solutions for the Business Technology Services consulting teams at Forvis Mazars. Throughout her career at Forvis Mazars, she has excelled in various technical roles, including leading a service desk team, providing specialized technical support, managing software maintenance, and serving as an IT liaison.

Tabitha’s unique ability to bridge the gap between the technical world and the broader business environment is her superpower. She effectively translates complex technical concepts into understandable terms, fostering clear communication and collaboration. Her passion for empowering others and driving their success led her to join Women in Technology (WIT).

Carmen Creswell-Johnson

Programs & Events Chair

Carmen is a software engineer at Bridge who specializes in frontend development. She started working with women in technology by starting a student WIT group at MSU when she was getting her Computer Science degree. She joined the board of this WIT group in 2021.

Carmen’s favorite parts of being a software engineer are problem-solving and getting to create things with code. She is passionate about getting women into tech roles and increasing diversity throughout tech.
